Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is seeking a motivated Training Administrator to join the QA Training Department. You will help develop a modern training framework and shift our learning approach from traditional classroom methods to more efficient, digital, and impactful solutions.

You will oversee operations in engine and module training, support SOP compliance, and collaborate with production teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in engine or module assembly, disassembly, inspection or testing.
  • Good understanding of technical drawing and manuals.
  • Meticulous, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on approach.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts (day & night) and commit to overtime when required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery, equipment, and tools to perform assembly, disassembly, and inspection of engines, modules, components, and accessories.
  • Interpret and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with technical standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during daily operations to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Support the Assistant Foremen and Cell Leaders in achieving production targets and meeting operational targets.
  • Perform SAP transactions, including updating and modifying work orders as required.
  • Actively participate in EH&S programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of ethics and compliance.
