Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is hiring for an on-site role in Singapore. You will perform engine testing, assembly and disassembly, and ensure compliance with SOPs while supporting production targets.

The role requires a hands-on approach, technical drawing literacy, and willingness to work rotating shifts with overtime when needed. Ideal candidates have a NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years in engine testing or related duties, plus familiarity with SAP and

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Min 2 years of relevant engine testing/assembly experience.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and manuals.
• Meticulous, detail oriented, hands-on.
• Proactive and eager to learn with a growth mindset.
• Willing to work rotating Day/Night shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform rig, test and derig of engines in a test cell.
• Operate machinery and tools for assembly, disassembly and inspection of engines and components.
• Interpret and follow SOPs to ensure compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Support foremen in achieving production targets.
• Perform SAP transactions, update work orders as required.
• Participate in EH&S programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
