Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, invites you to join its Trainee Technician program in Singapore. The 12-month training blends structured learning with on-the-job experience to prepare you for Aircraft Engine Technician roles.

Successful trainees may progress to core departments such as Engine Build & Strip, Inspection, or Repair Operations and explore other career opportunities, including Certifying Technicians and beyond within Pratt & Whitney.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC in engineering or related technical field.
• 0–2 years of aerospace industry experience welcome.
• Able to read basic technical drawings.
• Willing to work rotating day/night shifts and overtime when needed.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, assemble, inspect and repair engines and modules.
• Read and follow SOPs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
• Assist leaders and engineers in daily operations to meet targets.
• Record SAP transactions and update works orders.
• Maintain proper documentation.
• Support EHS, CI and ethics initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
