Chris Hunter PTE. LTD. in Loyang, Singapore, is seeking a senior customer support professional in the aviation/aerospace sector to lead key account activities.

You will act as the focal point for customers, build lasting relationships and ensure satisfaction through proactive engagement. You will conduct on-site program reviews, generate reports, monitor KPI trends, and collaborate with warranty teams to validate claims.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or related field/equivalent experience. Bachelor’s preferred.
• Typically requires 6 years of customer support and services experience in a commercial aerospace environment.
• Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement; ability to manage complex projects and customer requests.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve customer satisfaction as measured by Airframer & Internal Scorecards.
• Build and develop long lasting relationships with customers.
• Operate as the focal point for any and all matters specific to their customers.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Keep accurate records and document customer support actions and discussions within CRM platform.
• Perform on-site customer meetings as required (PRM, TRM, ERM).
• Generate post-visit reports and manage actions to completion.
• Generate KPI reports and analyze data for trends and improvements.
• Coordinate with warranty teams to validate claims and negotiate settlements.
• Review and distribute customer backlog reports to prevent late deliveries.
• Support Finance in recovery of late AR with the right POCs.
• Be aware of customer internal issues affecting Cabin Services business.
• Feedback information to Cabin Service sales on new opportunities and at-risk parts.
• Monitor customer support contractual obligations under Airframer or specific contracts.
• Support Field Technical Representatives with cabin inspections and reports.
• Provide level 1 & 2 technical support using CMMs & drawings data.
• Support STC working parties and Entry into Service for new aircraft types.
• Be available in line with aftermarket support constraints.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership acumen.
• Well organized with good presentation, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
