CHRIS HUNTER PTE. LTD. in Loyang, Singapore, seeks an experienced Customer Support Manager to strengthen airline relationships and drive performance. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, resolving issues and coordinating with warranty, sales, and program teams.

You will conduct on-site meetings (PRM/TRM/ERM), generate post-visit reports, and produce KPIs while ensuring timely actions and accuracy in CRM records.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or related field/equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 6 years of customer support and services experience in a commercial aerospace environment.
• Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, customer requests or concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve customer satisfaction as measured by Airframer & Internal Scorecards.
• Build new and develop long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Act as focal point for all matters specific to customers.
• Own customer issues and drive resolution to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of support actions in the CRM.
• Conduct on-site customer meetings (PRM, TRM, ERM) as required.
• Generate post-visit reports and track actions through to completion.
• Generate KPIs and analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
• Coordinate with warranty teams to validate claim data and settle disputes.
• Review backlog reports to prevent late deliveries.
• Support Cabin Services Finance in recovering late AR and addressing issues.
• Communicate customer issues to Cabin Services sales and program teams.
• Provide level 1 & 2 technical support using drawings data.
• Support STC working parties and Entry into service for new aircraft types.
• Be available in accordance with aftermarket support constraints.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
