Roles & Responsibilities

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am – 12:30pm

  • Assist with general administrative works such as quotation, invoicing, replying to emails, responding to enquiries.
  • Assist general manager with any administrative work that he/she requires.
  • Tally business expenses with receipts & invoices.

  • Proficient with computer skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Speaks & writes well in English.
  • Motivated & willing to learn.
  • Good team player.
