Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee all site and corporate administration functions, ensuring smooth coordination between management, project teams, and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of administrative, HR, and compliance operations across multiple project sites.
  • Oversee MOM work pass applications, BCA CRS registration, ISO documentation, and bizSAFE/WSH compliance.
  • Manage project correspondence, tender documentation, and progress claim tracking.
  • Support senior management in corporate governance, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Establish and optimise SOPs for document control, procurement, and project administration.
  • Coordinate liaisons with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and statutory boards.
  • Handle licensing renewals (BCA, NEA, PUB, SCDF, URA) and ensure timely submission of compliance documents.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff to maintain high operational standards and efficiency.
  • Review and prepare monthly payroll summaries, project cost reports, and management dashboards.
  • Manage digital documentation systems, ensuring confidentiality and traceability of corporate records.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between site and head office for manpower, material, and compliance matters.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration within the construction or engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of BCA CRS, MOM work-pass applications, and ACRA/IRAS procedures.
