Job summary

Talent First is seeking a diligent Warehouse Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate stock records, update stock movements, and support everyday warehouse operations at Senoko Drive, Singapore.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Customer Service, perform stock counts and audits, manage documentation, and prepare inventory reports using ERP/WMS systems. 5.5-day workweek with occasional Saturdays, AWS + Variable Bonus included.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and update stock movements.
• Perform stock reconciliation and assist with stock counts.
• Check stock discrepancies, shortages, damages and excesses.
• Handle warehouse documentation, invoices and data entry.
• Update ERP/WMS systems and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Finance and Customer Service teams.
• Support audits and inventory process improvements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
