Our client in the aviation industry is looking for aSupply Chain / Inventory Coordinatorto support inflight supply and inventory activities.
This is a hands-on coordination role involving inventory tracking, stock transfers, data updates and follow-up with warehouses, logistics partners and suppliers. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications or internship experience are welcome to apply.
Support the introduction of new inflight items and early post-launch activities for outstations.
Prepare and process initial orders and stock transfers.
Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers and logistics partners to meet packing and dispatch timelines.
Maintain inventory trackers covering stock availability, excess, shortfall and ageing.
Follow up on stock discrepancies and elevate issues for resolution.
Perform master-data checks and updates, including:
Part numbers
Outstation details
Lead times
Reorder settings
Support inventory clean-up activities, including the consolidation and tracking of returns.
Reconcile receipts and follow up on exceptions until closure.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
Diploma in Logistics, Business, Aviation Management or a related discipline. **FRESH GRADS WELCOME**
Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, planning or operations is preferred.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
Experience withSAP S/4HANAis preferred, particularly in:
Stock transfers
Inventory movements
Master-data maintenance
Strong Excel and data-handling skills.
Able to perform reconciliation and maintain accurate trackers.
Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Able to commit to a full-time six-month contract.
