Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD invites applications for a temporary admissions assistant to support graduate research and coursework programmes in Singapore. You will assist with admissions matters, verify documents, review applications, and ensure accurate records, with supervision.

The role runs ASAP until end of January 2027, with working hours 8.30am–5.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am–5.15pm on Fridays, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in student services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and application matters for graduate research and coursework programmes.
• Check and verify documents for students enrolling in this year and next year.
• Review applications and ensure details are accurately recorded.
• Follow up on outstanding documents via email.
• Perform data entry of student records.
• Handle phone inquiries.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
