Job summary

Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital in Singapore seeks a Programme Coordinator to plan, run and implement community aging programs, and lead active aging wellness club membership recruitment and publicity in collaboration with partners.

You will manage administration, maintain member databases, recruit and deploy senior volunteers for community networks and home visits, provide case management referrals, and operate the Centre's Alarm Alert System during operating hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Healthcare Operations or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills and understanding of elderly needs.
• Able to lead elderly activities such as exercises.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; adaptable to new tech.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, running and implementation of all relevant programs.
• Responsible for active aging wellness club membership recruitment and publicity; establish collaboration with partners and volunteers.
• Liaise with external agencies to publicise programmes and tap resources.
• Administrative work including maintaining member database, attendance, enquiries, cashier operations and monthly reports.
• Attract, recruit, coordinate and deploy senior volunteers for community services and home visits.
• Provide assistance in community network services with case management referrals as needed.
• Manage the Alarm Alert System during operating hours and conduct monthly studio apartment visitations.
