Job summary

GESS in Singapore seeks a proactive ACSIS Coordinator to actively support and participate in the day-to-day management and delivery of the school’s Co-Curricular Activities program, with a strong emphasis on sport CCAs and ACSIS-related activities. You will coordinate administration, logistics, and communications to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required and prior admin experience is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills essential.
• Able to lead and mentor CCA/ACSIS team when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration and logistics of Wildcats and ACSIS sport programmes.
• Manage registration, scheduling, and communications for ACSIS seasons and events.
• Coordinate transportation, equipment, and site logistics for competitions.
• Maintain accurate attendance and participation records.
• Liaise with Head of Sports, Head of Football and Swimming as needed.
• Support planning of sport events, camps, and recognitions.
