Job summary

VOIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Service Manager to lead ACMV service and maintenance operations. You will oversee daily activities, guide supervisors and technicians, and ensure safety and quality standards while driving growth of the service portfolio.

The role requires strong leadership, client management, and the ability to troubleshoot complex ACMV issues, with collaboration to optimise resources, costs and contract performance.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• Min. 10 years' experience in ACMV industry
• Experience supervising technicians and managing service operations
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle customers, service contracts and technical issues independently

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the ACMV Service Department
• Lead and supervise service supervisors, coordinators and technicians
• Ensure service works comply with safety, quality and company requirements
• Manage customer relationships and attend to escalated service matters
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex ACMV issues
• Monitor service contracts, manpower utilization, costs and department performance
• Work with Management to develop and grow the Service Department
