Job summary

WE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an ACMV Operations Manager in Singapore to oversee servicing, maintenance and project operations.

You will lead service teams, project engineers, supervisors and technicians, driving on-schedule, on-budget delivery in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements. You will manage installation, commissioning, safety compliance, and client relationships while optimizing costs and resources.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• 8+ years ACMV experience with 3+ years in a management role.
• Strong leadership, planning, and client-management skills.
• Ability to read drawings and tender documents.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ACMV servicing, maintenance, and breakdown activities.
• Plan manpower and service schedules.
• Ensure safe, on-time project delivery and budgeting.
• Lead and develop project engineers, supervisors, technicians.
• Manage commercial aspects: budgets, quotes, variations.
• Ensure documentation, reports, and handover packages are completed.
