Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• ACMV industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project activities, teams, and site operations.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, landlords, consultants, and clients.
• Create and evaluate safety paperwork, risk assessments, and permits.
• Assist with projects from pre-contract to completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Examine contracts, specifications, and tenders with emphasis on cost negotiation.
• Monitor budget control, variation work, progress payments, and project costing.
• Create technical proposals, tender submissions, supplier quotes, and project plans.
• Attend customer and consultant meetings to discuss problems and monitor developments.
