Job summary

PTECH INTEGRATED PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced ACMV service technician responsible for preventive maintenance and on-site repairs of air-conditioning and ventilation systems, ensuring safety and quality documentation.

You will respond to client concerns, troubleshoot equipment, and perform required maintenance while following all safety procedures and safeguarding system performance. Minimum 8 years experience and a valid Singapore Class 3 Driver's License mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience servicing single/multi split units and VRV systems.
• Possess a Singapore Class 3 Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on ACMV equipment to ensure optimal operation and longevity
• Follow all safety procedures strictly during maintenance and repair tasks to maintain a safe work environment
• Document service reports accurately for all maintenance and repair activities to support quality tracking
• Respond promptly to complaints related to building air-conditioning and ventilation systems to resolve issues efficiently
• Troubleshoot and rectify equipment issues on site to restore system functionality quickly
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned to support team operations and client satisfaction
