Job summary

The role requires a mechanical engineering/building services qualification and at least 1 year of relevant experience; strong independence and problem-solving skills are essential to coordinate with clients, subcontractors and vendors and to report performance to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or technical qualification in mechanical building services or a related field.
• Experience in ACMV maintenance, preferably industrial or commercial systems.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance contracts and ensure service deliverables are met.
• Lead technicians in maintenance of ACMV systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV, and ventilation.
• Coordinate with clients, end users, subcontractors and vendors to fulfil site and contract requirements.
• Monitor chiller plant operations and prepare maintenance reports for clients and management.
• Handle maintenance administration including billing and documentation.
