Job summary

The role requires hands-on leadership, risk management, and adherence to safety standards, with regular site reporting and coordination with senior management to resolve issues and keep milestones on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of ACMV project management and engineering experience.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of ACMV systems including CHWP, VRV, and VRF.
• Proficiency in HVAC design, installation and maintenance.
• Experience with project management software and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Develop schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and clients.
• Monitor progress and address delays.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
