Job summary

Private Advertiser Singapore is seeking a technically skilled professional to manage tender surveying, prepare BQ and cost plans, and coordinate with clients and project teams for ACMV/HVAC projects. The role includes drafting ACMV drawings and ensuring tender documents meet submission standards.

Require diploma in mechanical engineering and at least 3 years local experience with AutoCAD proficiency. On-site work in Singapore. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of drafting with AutoCAD software.
• Familiar with ACMV/HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Tender surveying and preparation of tender including BQ, RFQ, technical data, cost planning and project documentation.
• Submission of quotation and tender documents.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on progress and subcontractor/supplier payments.
• Prepare monthly progress claims/variations.
• Prepare ACMV drawings per project requirements.
• Review and modify drawings to meet submission requirements.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Project Teams.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

1. Tender surveying (Via online portal/ newspaper), checking of documents and understanding of specifications.

2. Preparation of tender including bill of quantities (BQ), request for quotation, technical data, cost planning and project documentation.

3. Submission of Quotation and Tender Documents.

4. Coordinate with the Project Manager with regard to the progress of work thereby assessing subcontractor and supplier progress payments.

5. Prepare monthly progress claim/variation order for submission.

6. Prepare ACMV drawings according to project requirements or tender specifications.

7. Review, analyze and modify drawings to meet the submission requirements.

8. Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Project Teams.

9. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

2. Knowledge of drafting with AutoCAD software.

3. Familiar with ACMV /HVAC Systems.

4. Minimum of 3 years of local experience.
