Job summary

LITTLE SWAN AIR-CONDITIONING & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a junior ACMV coordinator to support project teams in Singapore. The role involves preparing schedules, quantities, cost estimates, RFQs, and tender documents, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and site personnel.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years ACMV exposure is a plus. You will learn AutoCAD and MS Office, develop professional skills, and contribute to safe, quality project delivery under senior supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of ACMV experience will have an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ACMV systems.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and develop a career in the ACMV construction industry.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
