Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator with ACMV experience to oversee site operations, coordinate project activities, and liaise with clients and stakeholders. A Diploma or Degree in Electrical engineering is required.

Competitive salary package includes a basic up to SGD 4,500 plus SGD 6,000 in incentives, with Monday to Friday workdays and 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM schedule.

• Experience in ACMV is mandatory.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, track actions, and support meetings and reporting.
• Oversee daily site operations, including supervision of subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and O&M manuals.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, permits and reporting.
• Support tender exercises, pre-construction surveys, and updating as-built drawings.
• Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties.

• Oversee daily site operations, including supervision and coordination of subcontractor works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and Operation & Maintenance manuals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations, including permit applications and compliance reporting.
• Support tender exercises, pre-construction surveys, and updating of as-built drawings.
• Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
