Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an ACMV Engineer to monitor and supervise ACMV works at our Changi site. The role offers a salary range from 3,000 to 5,800 SGD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Senior role possible for those with 10+ years in construction ACMV projects, with strong knowledge of BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant codes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Candidate with 10+ years experience may be considered for Senior position.
• Experience in construction ACMV installation is preferred.
• Knowledge of ACMV systems, codes/standards, Green Mark, hydronic calculations, BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise sub contractors’ work progress per shop drawings, method statements, materials and samples.
• Liaise with authorities, sub-contractors, main contractor, and clients on drawings and samples.
• Review ACMV design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, and architectural provisions.
• Manage and execute projects to meet deadlines.
• Attend meetings with subcontractors/contractors/clients to address issues and update progress.
• Study and review drawings/specifications for compliance.
• Allocate work and ensure tasks meet standards and SOP.

Role: ACMV Engineer (Up to $5800)

5.5 Days || 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri); 8.30am - 12.30pm (Sat)

Location:Changi

$3,000 - $5,800salary depending on experience & qualifications

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Candidate with more than 10 years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior position
• Preferably candidate with relevant working experience in the Construction Industry especially in ACMV system installation
• Sound knowledge in ACMV System, Local / International Code of Practice / Standard, Green Mark Requirement, Hydronic / Static Calculation, BIM, Revit, AutoCADwould be an advantage

Responsibilities

• To monitor and supervise sub contractors’ work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material and samples
• To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, main contractor or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples
• Review and align ACMV design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines
• Knowledge in M&E and able to identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions
• Manage and execute project as per the deadline
• Attend meeting with subcontractors / contractors / clients to address issues and update progress
• Study and review drawings, specifications for compliance
