Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an ACMV Project Engineer to lead and manage ACMV projects from planning to completion. The role requires oversight of site operations and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

You will work a 5.5-day week with 9am-6pm hours, Loyang Crescent office, and may be required to work on weekends. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and ACMV experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Working experience in ACMV industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project activities, teams, and site operations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, landlords, consultants, and clients.
• Create and evaluate project safety paperwork, risk assessments, and permits.
• Assist with projects from pre-contract to completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Examine contracts, specifications, and tenders with emphasis on cost negotiation.
• Monitor budget control, variation work, progress payments, and project costing.
• Create technical proposals, tender submissions, supplier quotes, and project plans.
• Attend customer and consultant meetings to discuss issues and monitor developments.

Position: ACMV Project Engineer
Salary: $3500-$4500 + Performance Bonus
Working Day: 5.5 Days (Alt Sat) (may require to work on weekends when necessary)
Working Hour: 9am - 6pm | 9am - 1pm
Working Location (office): Loyang Crescent
(may be required to be station out of office)

• Attend customer and consultant meetings to discuss problems and monitor developments.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
