Job summary

Winner Engineering Pte Ltd. is seeking a project manager to oversee ACMV works in built environments.

You will coordinate with design teams to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements, and manage contracts, costs, schedules, and overall completion. Ideal candidates have degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services, with ACMV experience; BizSafe Level 2 or higher preferred, and a background in healthcare, commercial, or government projects.

Qualifications

• ACMV project experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in related fields preferred; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Implement and oversee Project Quality Plan, Safety Management Plan, and Building Execution Plan.
• Develop, maintain, and manage the BIM model and project documentation (drawings, specifications, reports).
• Liaise with clients to meet their requirements and ensure project scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Address and resolve technical or contractual issues during the project lifecycle.
