Job summary

Winner Engineering Pte Ltd. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ACMV/HVAC scopes, manage costs, and ensure contractual compliance on site in Singapore.

You will coordinate with engineers and coordinators, supervise testing and commissioning, and uphold safety standards across project teams. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, strong leadership and communication skills, plus BIM/Data Center experience or willingness to attain BIM qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Experience in BIM and Data Center is preferred; willing to learn BIM qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage ACMV/HVAC scopes and ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee project cost management with timely reporting and client/stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with engineering practices and site safety.
• Plan schedules, procurement, cost control, and contractual fulfilment.
• Lead engineers and coordinators for effective communication and execution.
• Supervise testing and commissioning of systems and structures.
• Govern safety management system on site.
