Job summary

OUR RECRUITERS LLP is seeking an ACMV Project Manager to oversee professional project management, scheduling, and direction for ACMV projects at the Changi site. You will lead engineers, supervisors, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget.

You will develop overall project schedules, plans, and execution strategies, conduct site visits, manage documentation, and coordinate with main contractor, consultants, and client representatives to deliver

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in a related field.
• Preferably 10 years of ACMV and BMS design/installation experience.
• Knowledgeable in codes, standards, and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit.
• Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry.

ACMV Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee project management, scheduling, and direction for ACMV projects.
• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH Coordinators, and subcontractors.
• Manage project budget and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and submit monthly payment claims, variation orders, and time extensions to the main contractor.
• Handle subcontractor payment responses and variation order claims.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress against the schedule.
• Develop overall project schedule and execution plan.
• Address site issues and propose contingency plans.
• Liaise with the main contractor, consultant, and client representative.
• Plan resource allocation, manpower projection, and forecasting.
• Ensure proper management and control of project documentation.
• Lead the preparation, submission, and approval of MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, materials, equipment, RFA, RFI, etc.
• Conduct regular site and essential meetings.
• Plan and lead the testing and commissioning of the ACMV system.
• Manage handover of OMM documents, training, as-built drawings, spare parts, and DLP programme.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in a related field.
• Preferably 10 years of design and installation experience in ACMV and BMS systems.

• Located at Changi project site; 5.5-day workweek.
