Job summary

Pixalate is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our Finance team in Singapore. You will support billing and collections, issue invoices, monitor payments, reconcile accounts, and help manage AR aging and reporting.

You’ll work with Sales, Customer Success, and finance colleagues to ensure accurate billing, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to AR forecasting and month-end close with precise attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or related finance role.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required.
• Strong understanding of AR processes: invoicing, cash application, collections, aging.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices on schedule.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections.
• Post and reconcile payments and maintain clean AR records.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and payment queries promptly.
• Maintain AR aging reports and provide updates on collections.
