Job summary

Lendlease Singapore is seeking an Accountant Receivable Executive to join our 313@ Somerset team. The role covers tenant billing, collections, revenue accounting and deposit management within our mall operations.

You will ensure timely invoicing, accurate revenue recording, and effective arrears management, while complying with SOPs. A Diploma or Degree in Accountancy and 2–5 years AR experience are preferred, with Yardi experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in retail mall or real estate.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, billing, and reconciliations.
• Experience with GST and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with Yardi is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly rental billing cycles and issue invoices per lease agreements.
• Monitor arrears, perform collections, and prepare AR aging reports.
• Manage deposits, tenant accounts, and bank reconciliations.
• Support cash/banking operations and issue reminders/collection notices.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and provide schedules for audits.
