Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivables processes to ensure accurate and timely collection of payments
• Update and maintain accounting journals to reflect current financial transactions
• Enter daily receipts into the accounting system to maintain up-to-date records
• Process staff expense claims accurately and in compliance with company policies
• Verify that all accounting entries are charged to the correct account codes for accurate financial reporting
• Respond to customer queries related to daily financial transactions to resolve issues promptly
• Prepare and submit financial reports on time to support business decision-making
• Generate monthly accounts receivables reports to monitor outstanding balances and cash flow
• Assist the Finance Manager with various accounting tasks to support overall finance operations
• Perform account analysis and prepare audit schedules to facilitate internal and external audits
• Execute other ad-hoc accounting duties as required to support the finance team
