Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Tuas, Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive. You will manage the AR portfolio, follow up on outstanding invoices, collect payments, and prepare aging reports.

You will record and verify payments, perform bank reconciliations, maintain records, and generate receivable reports including credit notes. You will coordinate with Sales on overdue accounts, assist with audits, and support finance duties such as payroll processing where required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable or Finance experience.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bank reconciliation.
• Good attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s Accounts Receivable (AR) portfolio, follow up on outstanding invoices, payment collections, and customer aging reports.
• Record and verify customer payments, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare periodic sales and outstanding receivable reports, including Credit Notes and customer refunds.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment-related issues.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and provide supporting documents for audits and reporting.
• Process monthly payroll for Apex and Asia companies, including monthly CPF contributions and quarterly GST returns.
• Calculate customer rebates according to contractual agreements and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations on account-related matters.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding payments and account reconciliation, and assist with finance and administrative duties assigned by management.
