CHUAN SENG HUAT EGG STORE is seeking a detail-oriented AR Receipt Executive to manage customer receipts, bank transactions, and accounts receivable activities, ensuring accurate records and timely processing.

The role requires 1–2 years of finance experience, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced FMCG environment. On-site Singapore location with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; able to learn systems quickly.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Independent worker with high accuracy and reliability.
• Experience in FMCG or distribution is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process and record customer receipts accurately.
• Monitor and reconcile bank transactions.
• Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Identify and process necessary account adjustments.
• Ensure timely allocation of customer payments.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and respond to queries.
• Prepare ageing reports and updates on outstanding payments.
• Update missing invoice listings and assist with reports.
• Support Sales on payment-related matters.
• Provide reconciliation schedules and documents for auditors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
• Provide coverage for team members as needed.
• Assist with ad hoc duties from Finance Manager or Management.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented AR Receipt Executive to handle customer receipts, bank transactions, and accounts receivable activities while ensuring accurate financial records and timely payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record customer receipts accurately.
• Manage and monitor incoming bank transactions.
• Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Identify and process necessary account adjustments.
• Ensure timely and accurate allocation of customer payments.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries.
• Prepare weekly ageing reports and outstanding payment updates.
• Update and monitor supermarket missing invoice listings.
• Prepare weekly internal missing invoice and open status reports.
• Support the Sales team on payment-related matters.
• Provide bank reconciliation schedules and supporting documents for auditors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Provide coverage for team members during their absence.
• Assist with ad hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
• Experience in FMCG or distribution industries is an added advantage.
