You will manage credit controls, monitor collections, and perform financial background checks on new customers to support sound credit decisions.

Qualificações

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage credit control processes to ensure timely collections and minimize financial risk across the portfolio.
• Conduct financial background checks to assess the creditworthiness of new customers.
• Analyze customer payment patterns to identify potential risks and protect cash flow.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT to resolve payment issues and drive cash flow improvements.
• Lead digital transformation projects to streamline invoicing and reconciliation processes using AI/RPA and ERP enhancements.
• Engage with customers to facilitate collections and ensure accurate reconciliation of balances.
