Job summary

DKSH Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Credit Control Assistant (6-month contract) to support Accounts Receivable follow-up activities in our Finance - Credit Control team. You will help circulate Statements of Account and submit invoices via customer portals, coordinating disputes and documents to improve collection outcomes.

Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply, and you will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and accurate tracking of follow-up actions.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Nitec, or Higher Nitec in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Finance Operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Basic understanding of AR and invoice follow-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send Statements of Account to customers on the follow-up list.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices, missing documents, and payment status.
• Track follow-up status, responses, and next actions for visibility.
• Escalate unresolved responses to the Credit Control team as needed.
• Submit invoices and documents through customer portals; monitor status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fetch missing documents for submissions.
• Update submission records to maintain audit trails.
• Identify disputes, short payments, and portal issues; ensure timely follow-up.
• Liaise with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance for dispute resolution.
• Escalate recurring issues for further review; support AR housekeeping.
• Assist in reconciliations and ageing reports; perform administrative duties.
