Zusammenfassung

DKSH is seeking an Assistant Credit Control on a 6 months contract in Singapore. You will support sound governance, timely collections, and maintain customer credit information in accordance with credit policies.

You will handle statements, follow-ups, dispute tracking, and AR housekeeping while coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure accuracy and efficiency in debtor management.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma, Nitec, or Higher Nitec in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Billing, Customer Service, or Finance Operations is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is preferred.
• Strong tracking and follow-up discipline with multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication skills for customer and internal interactions.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and send Statements of Account to customers on the follow-up list.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices, missing documents, payment status, and supporting details.
• Maintain accurate tracking of follow-ups, responses, and next steps.
• Escalate unresolved or delayed customer responses to Credit Control.
• Assist with submission of invoices and documents through customers' portals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to retrieve missing invoices and documents.
• Ensure submission records support tracking and audit trails.
• Identify and track disputes, short payments, and portal issues with stakeholders.
• Escalate recurring disputes to Credit Control for further action.
• Support AR housekeeping, including trackers and status reports.
• Assist in reconciling customer balances and preparing aging and submission updates.
• Perform administrative and coordination duties as required.
