Responsibilities

• Invoice & Billing Management: issue accurate customer invoices on time and verify data.
• Collections & Payment Tracking: monitor receivables and follow up on payments.
• SOA Reconciliation: prepare and send Statements of Accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Compliance & Documentation: maintain filing of records per internal controls and standards.
• Audit Support: assist with schedules and documents for audits.
• Process Support: participate in ad-hoc finance projects as needed.
