Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) process: invoicing, payment monitoring, and collection activities.
• Follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize bad debts.
• Prepare and maintain Accounts Receivable collection reports regularly.
• Issue and send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) to customers on schedule.
• Investigate and resolve customer billing discrepancies and payment issues promptly.
• Provide basic administrative support and assist with general office duties as required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
