Job summary

MR SHOPPER STUDIO Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the company’s accounts and finance functions, building confident relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will prepare a full set of accounts, ensure timely month-end closings, perform AR/AP/GL tasks, and support budgeting and cashflow planning in a dynamic environment. The role requires a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience in construction and renovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• 0
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Construction & Renovation industry preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a full set of accounts in accordance with FRSs for all entities.
• Prepare timely month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Process AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and postings to the system.
• Perform various aspects of Project Accounting Management and Financial analysis support.
• Provide timely support in Cashflow, Working Capital Management, Budget and Forecast.
• Ensure inter-company invoice transactions tally among multi-companies.
• Prepare quarterly GST schedules and GST submissions.
• Handle progress claims, invoices, credit notes & company insurance-related matters.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, accounting software system, government bodies pertaining to financial matters.
• Any other ad-hoc duties related to accounts and finance areas as per assigned.
