Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and AP reconciliations
• Maintain and organize accounts payable (AP) records and filing
• Prepare and update accrual schedules, hire purchase schedules, and related financial records
• Manage bank reconciliation statements
• Maintain project list and coordinate intercompany billing
• Prepare debit notes and credit notes for all POB transactions
• Monitor recoverable expenses and coordinate intercompany and related-party recharges
• Assist with fuel oil subsidy claims and maintain bunker reports
• Prepare and update GST schedules, fuel oil analysis reports, and financial statement reports
• Assist with financial year-end audit activities, particularly accounts payable
• Support XBRL preparation and annual return reporting
• Manage petty cash claims and maintain accurate supporting documentation
• Review, update and reclassify insurance claims
• Ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls
