Job summary

MULTICO INFRACORE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an accounting assistant to support the Finance & Accounting Department with day-to-day processing of financial transactions.

You will verify invoices, process supplier and customer invoices, manage AP/AR, post daily entries and assist month-end closing. The role involves maintaining filing, supporting audits and tax compliance, and liaising with internal departments, customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Process supplier and customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other accounting transactions.
• Verify invoices against supporting documents and approvals.
• Assist with AP/AR, including payment processing and receipts.
• Record daily accounting entries into the accounting system.
• Assist with bank, supplier and general ledger reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end closing, including schedules and accruals.
• Prepare basic financial reports and schedules as required.
• Maintain filing and documentation of invoices, receipts and payment records.
• Support audit, tax, and statutory compliance with necessary documents.
