Job summary

Chye Thiam Maintenance Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage AP functions, convert GRN and input invoices into BC, and reconcile supplier statements. You will match invoices to POs and DOs, and prepare payment vouchers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires meticulous, independent workers who can also collaborate with a team, with strong MS Office skills and BC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable processes and GRN handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; BC experience preferred.
• Able to work independently or in a team with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable and related duties.
• Convert GRN and enter invoices in Microsoft BC.
• Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery orders; prepare payment vouchers.
• Reconcile Supplier's Statement of Accounts.
• Maintain and file all accounts payable invoices, debit/credit notes.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end fixed assets control and stock-take.
• Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents.
• Assist with audits and other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

About the role

• Maintain and upkeep of all account payable invoices, debit/credit note
• Assist with Quarterly and Year-end Fixed Assets control and Stock-take
• Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents
• Assist with audit and other tasks as assigned by Superior
