Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for an Accounts Payable professional responsible for maintaining AP creditor records, processing payments, and ensuring accurate ledger postings. You will collect documents from all centres, prepare batches for intercompany billing and prepayments, reconcile AP with the GL, and produce monthly AP aging reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AP creditor records, including IBG payment details
• Collect and consolidate AP documents from all centres
• Record AP transactions in system
• Prepare AP batches for intercompany billing, fixed assets, and prepayments
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger against the general ledger
• Prepare monthly AP Aging reports
• Process scheduled AP payments twice monthly and handle ad-hoc payments as needed
• Issue payments through computerised and manual cheques
• Handle monthly revenue accrual for selected centres
