Job description

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, payments, and staff claims accurately and on time.
• Prepare customer invoices and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly account reconciliations.
• Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Assist with data entry and updating of accounting records in the accounting system.
• Support month-end closing activities and preparation of accounting schedules.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on accounting-related matters.
• Assist with GST reporting, audits, and other finance-related duties when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
