Job summary

ACCA Careers is recruiting an AP Analyst in Singapore to manage end-to-end accounts payable, including invoice processing and month-end close. You will perform cash and flux analysis and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in line with local statutory requirements.

Hybrid work arrangement is available. The ideal candidate holds a degree with ACCA/CA qualifications and 3+ years of hands-on AP experience in a fast-paced environment, with SAP Concur exposure advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or ACCA/CA qualified with 3+ years of hands-on AP experience.
• Experience with end-to-end AP processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to SAP Concur is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Accounts Payable duties including processing vendor invoices.
• Support month-end closing activities and cash/flux analysis.
• Conduct reconciliations and ensure accurate recording in compliance with local requirements.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to automation efforts.
