Sciente Group is seeking an energetic Accounts & Operations Executive to be the operational heartbeat of our Singapore office. You will connect our teams across Singapore, Malaysia, and India, keeping the financial engine running smoothly and the office buzzing with energy.

You will own books, payroll inputs, HR admin, and office operations, delivering accurate data, timely pay, and an audit-ready environment. The role suits a fast-paced setting with cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounts, operations and HR admin.
• Comfortable working across Singapore, Malaysia and India.
• Strong command of MS Office; familiarity with Tally is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Record transactions accurately and keep financial data clean and current.
• Drive bank reconciliations and assist in month-end/year-end close.
• Process supplier invoices and chase outstanding receivables to maintain cash flow.
