hee's engineering & equipment co. (pte) ltd is seeking a hands-on Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations for a group of engineering, construction and maintenance services companies in Singapore.

You will manage full-set accounting, prepare management accounts, and supervise a small accounting team. You will coordinate GST submissions, liaise with banks and auditors, and ensure compliance with Singaporean requirements while driving improvements to accounting systems and

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy/Finance or related discipline.
• Relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience including full-set accounts.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing.
• Prepare and review invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, receipts, journals, reconciliations, and other accounting documents.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, schedules, and cash-flow reports for management review.
• Monitor collections, supplier payments, bank balances, and project-related costs and transactions.
• Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and supporting schedules across group entities.
• Coordinate GST submissions, audit schedules, tax-related documentation, and statutory reporting with external advisers.
• Review the work of accounting staff, allocate tasks, and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers, customers, and internal project or service teams on accounting matters.
• Maintain proper accounting records, internal controls, and compliance with applicable Singapore requirements.
• Support improvements to accounting systems, workflows, and reporting processes.
