Job summary

Entre' Automatics Pte Ltd is looking for an Accountant to manage company accounts, invoicing, payroll, and statutory submissions. The role includes GST processing, petty cash handling, project costing, and monthly P&L reporting, with preparation of annual financial statements.

You will also handle foreign workers applications and cancellations. The candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be able to work independently with guidance provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in company accounts, invoicing, payroll and statutory submissions.
• Ability to work independently with occasional guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage company accounts and invoicing.
• Handle payroll processing and monthly reporting.
• Submit annual IR8A and CPF contributions.
• Process GST submission and petty cash.
• Oversee project costing and monthly P&L reporting.
• Prepare annual financial statements.
• Monitor overtime for workers and related compliance.
• Manage foreign worker applications and cancellations.
