Job summary

JUN SHENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent accountant to maintain full sets of accounts in a highly digitised environment in Singapore. You will manage cashflow, prepare monthly reports, GST and CPF submissions, and coordinate annual financial reporting while ensuring timely closing of books.

The role covers AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. A relevant finance degree and 3+ years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Meticulous, reliable, and proactive.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a highly digitised environment.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts.
• Manage weekly cashflow forecast and ensure funds availability.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Submit quarterly GST returns.
• Submit CPF contributions.
• Coordinate annual financial reporting.
• Handle AP/AR, payments, payroll and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate closure of books.
• Maintain accounting systems and entries; strengthen controls.
• Assist with other admin duties as required.
