Supersketch Designers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated Accounts Officer to join our growing team. You will manage the full set of accounts, prepare management reports, handle payroll and CPF submissions, and service clients with accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accountancy or Finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong excel skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.

Formación

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling payroll, CPF submissions, full-spectrum accounting and administrative duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Positive, motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well with clients and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Handle the full set of accounts, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts.
• Prepare monthly management reports and quarterly GST submissions.
• Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions.
• Issue sales invoices and process payments and receipts.
• Perform general administrative and accounting duties.
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records.
• Support daily finance operations as required.
