Job summary

SUPERSKETCH DESIGNERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a diligent accounting professional to manage the full set of accounting tasks up to Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss, ensuring timely monthly reporting and GST submissions.

You will handle payroll and CPF submissions, issue sales invoices, process payments and receipts, and perform general administrative duties. A Diploma in Accountancy and at least three years of relevant experience are required, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and bilingual

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant experience handling payroll, full-spectrum accounting and administrative tasks.
• Competent in MS Word and MS Excel (software).
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounting works up to Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts.
• Prepare monthly reporting and quarterly GST submission.
• Handle payroll, CPF submission on monthly basis.
• Issuing sales invoices and general administrative tasks; process payments and receipts.
