The Accounts Executive will handle the full spectrum of sales and receivables for the clinic group, ensuring accurate cash application and timely collections. Responsibilities include processing patient payments, verifying Medisave and CHAS claims, submitting claims, and coordinating with Doctors and Customer Service staff on overdue invoices.

The role requires a Diploma, at least 2 years’ experience, strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and good communication to support

Qualifications

• Diploma holder.
• At least 2 years working experience.
• A highly motivated self-starter and versatile team player.
• Meticulous eye for detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate, support and proactively follow up with colleagues.
• Prior experience in healthcare services is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process collections from patients and apply cash accurately.
• Verify completeness/accuracy of Medisave & CHAS claims submitted by clinics.
• Submit Medisave and CHAS claims; follow up on status.
• Coordinate with Doctors and CS staff to follow up on overdue invoices.
• Handle email/calls from patients, CPF/MOH/clinics on billing matters.
• Prepare monthly AR reports and manage aging analysis.
• Process timely payments to suppliers and reconcile SOA.
• Prepare monthly Dentist Service remuneration computation.
• Assist in GST submissions and bank reconciliations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
